Dig In + Bloom is ultimately about learning to become present + aware in the now, AND in that state being able to observe + explore yourself, to see the places you have disconnected from yourself and to reconnect + thrive securely as you.

The program is divided into 3 sections: Awareness, Healing + Embodiment.

Awareness is really Self Awareness.

  • It is the observation + exploring part, not of others but of ourselves + how we show up, communicate (or not) in life.

  • It is developing a relationship with yourself BUT from an conscious present state.

  • It is exploring the patterns, habits, stories we live by, some since childhood and updating them to align with our conscious self today.

  • It is observing + understanding how our bodies feel safe, where that may have been off line based on life experiences that we were not equipped to process and creating new practices to rewire + build capacity for safety within ourselves.

So often our responses are based on old data stored in our body + mind we keep referencing on how to feel/react/behave, it can be called subconscious conditioning. Until we take time to build a practice of being present, we often go on through life with the same patterns. We may become aware of them but not always take the next steps of making change, healing and living in the truth of ourselves. Usually we are unaware this is even happening or that we even have a different truth. Awareness is becoming very real + honest + vulnerable with ourselves ABOUT OURSELVES in a slow + steady pace, because we also don’t want to pop the cork + get overwhelmed either.

Healing is the feeling part.

  • It often is the part that many people avoid or bypass/skip over (often unknowingly). Becoming aware does not equal healing.

  • It is where you will learn + create a safe space (via tools in program) to allow yourself to finally safely feel all the feelings that have felt unsafe to feel. Healing is where we hold space for ourselves to be vulnerable in our emotions/ feelings so we can offer understanding, validation and grace to ourselves/others (yes even those spots that seem unforgivable, are once you dig in + see their roots)

  • Note: grace does not equal agreeing or letting off but rather understanding.

  • Healing offers an opportunity to truly release hurts stored within from a place of deep love + freedom.

Many times we become aware of things and cognitively think we let go/forgive etc. Yet still are triggered. We may remain stuck in frustration or anger even slightly, sometimes that sneaks out in blame or judgment, expectations, shame. This is where the healing piece comes in. In your present state, present wisdom + experience be able to consciously offer whatever what you need. In your relationship with yourself, you will allow yourself to feel heard + seen, loved, accepted, belonging, cared for. You develop this connection with yourself. Learning to trust + honour yourself + values in a loving way that supports the greater good (it is not about becoming self serving either).

Embodiment is consciously living in the full truth of ourselves in the present state.

  • A daily practice of becoming aware + accepting, valuing of our wholeness, our humanity (all the parts, the ups + downs)

  • A space where we feel connected to ourselves, regulate ourselves so we can feel safe + secure in our own skin

  • Builds capacity for our joy + peace to flow through, by making space to become aware, heal + realign with our own truths, values + essence.

This is the state where you observe + heal yourself in a safe + loving way in the present moment. Where you align with yourself so you can see the stuff you care about deeply. Where you align your values and giving feels freeing + purposeful. This is the space where you be. Able to ride all that comes while honouring your own values too. Securely you.

The deeply personal introspective nature of this program, for me, is a big piece of the healing + growth process. This was a gift to myself that will certainly keep on giving. Working through the modules opened an awareness of old stories and conditioned thinking with were negatively impacting my life. This insight ask the subsequent ability to reset and choose again has been empowering and liberating. DIG IN + BLOOM PROGRAM PIECES

DAILY PRACTICE

The main piece of the program is developing a Daily Practice which is a time you create daily to build a relationship with yourself.  It is where you explore + heal and learn to embody being conscious + connected to yourself again.  In the present.   (Eventually this becomes a way of living, I now live more in my conscious present state than not.  This did take time + practice. I also still very much love my daily time in stillness (hiking) + reflection to continue my growth + healing:)

Time Frame: 20 min+ Daily.  This is your time in stillness, reflection, connection + rising.  It is where you have tea with yourself:) Or a hike, stretch, or simply sit.  Time to be conscious + present as you just be, explore inward etc.  

MODULES 

10 modules are emailed to you weekly, beginning the day you register.

Each module consists of 1. Lesson 2.Tips + Tools 3. Daily Practice Reflective Work (guided self observation).

You will journey through awareness, healing + embodiment.  You will learn how to create a safe space for yourself to begin your dig in.  You will learn how to consciously observe yourself from an unbiased, non judging space.  You will learn how to build a relationship with yourself.  You will learn how to honour your values + essence.  Ultimately all of this can be life changing if you implement the knowledge.  Simply reading + gaining more information increases awareness, but the healing + embodiment is where you will feel the changes within your being.

Time Frame: Once a week, each module can be 30-60 minutes PLUS approx 10 minutes daily in reflection (part of your daily practice. this can vary + there is no wrong, if you go with the flow of your heart it will guide you)  

WORKBOOK 

There is also a workbook that includes further ‘digging in’ for each module.  This is to be completed throughout the program and beyond… It is a place you can record your observations + explore further as they arise in your day, weeks etc. It is guided to support you uncovering your truths.

Time Frame: this can take as much or little of your time, it consists of daily observing plus reflecting/writing ideas.  Some days I write 2 minutes + other days easily an hour… This is yours to create. 

This program helped me to better understand my thought patterns, my beliefs and all the stories I created about those long-standing beliefs. By digging deeper I was better able to understand how those patterns no longer served me, and rather how I could move forward with a better sense of self, knowledge + awareness. Dig In + Bloom offers so much information, along with great tools and practice for living in the present with purpose, intent and freedom that intersects all aspects of my life - personally, professionally and as a parent

This program shares knowledge with such amazing clarity and wisdom, it goes step by step, builds on each step, provides daily practices so we can take this knowledge to living because its in the living not in the knowing. PROGRAM OPTIONS

The Self Study Program - $534

All the above Dig In + Bloom Program is delivered via email, you will go through this on your own at your own pace.  You will co-regulate yourself from your own conscious/present space.  This can be very doable for many.  The key is learning how to get into your conscious space, there is a video in the program to offer support with this piece.  

Should you want any additional support I do offer individual 1 on 1 sessions, they are typically $100/hour session.  

 

THE 1 ON 1 PROGRAM - $1444 (payment plans available)

 All the above Dig In + Bloom Program PLUS

12 - 1 ON 1 MEETINGS, 1 HOUR EACH with me (over 12 weeks).

I will offer space for you to explore parts of your awareness, healing.  I will offer co-regulation for you as you learn to do this for yourself.  I will support you building your conscious space + being present.  I will hold space for you to tap into feelings that may feel hard to open on your own.  Everything is done in a slow + steady pace, as we want to allow the body an opportunity to process and not overwhelm it or shut it down.  It is my very honour to offer this option.  It is only from my own practice and experience that I know this process + can offer a truly unbiased space for you.  

 

Note: On occasion I offer a group option, at this time I am not offering this option.  I hope to do so in the new year.  However if you do have a group of people interested don’t hesitate to ask and we could discuss some options.
